happy first full week of the new year. i am so happy to have this one last day off. it has been
so nice to have some extended time off for a change. having my mom here has been comforting.
she will be leaving to head home on thursday :( she says she is "ready" - as ready as you can be
i guess. my heart hurts thinking about her leaving but we know she has to go. another chapter is ending
and a new one will begin. i wish for happiness, love and mostly peace for the new year to all my
friends and family. xo
